The unique bridge type structure and sectioning mode totally eliminate chatter marks (vibration marks) from the slice, resulting in mirror-like smooth surfaces. The VF-700 overcomes the two most prominent shortages of the vibratory microtomes, the slow sectioning speed and the slice surface chatter marks, while maintains all the advantages of the no-freezing, no-paraffin sectioning.
